Our annual Lantern Festival night out. There’s nowhere to go until ney found out about this place and brought us there! It’s a huge pond area with lots of beautiful lanterns!

This year is another quiet Lantern Festival, no performance, no 猜灯谜 , no games , that is not how our childhood supposed to be! Glad we found this lovely place and a walk around gave us this lovely video in return.

The lanterns are beautiful and decorations too. Thumbs up for the effort. It’s behind a community centre and this community centre is very big and spacious. Pray like what my kids pray pray that this covid virus will go far far away and never come back!

Luvtogrowup is a little blog we have to capture all our little growing up memories. Kids grow up faster than we think, although parenthood is not easy I feel is a test of our limits, but no doubt we still need to give our heart and soul to our kids esp in their growing up stages where they need us the most. Yes sometimes kids will make us so mad and crazy but surely there are lots of laughters and lovely moments as well. Everything have to give and take but I guess as parents we really need to give a lot than having to receive anything. Sometimes a big smile and big hug from the kids can solve all the problem. We want to bring them out as often as we can if Singapore’s weather isn’t so hot! Hope when they grow up is when we are old, this blog of ours will bring back all the young memories we had. Love and cherish is the word. xoxo
